Annuals / Festival Trophy – July 2022
We will be holding 2 competitions on the 24th July between 4pm and 9pm.
The Annuals competition and the Festival Trophy.
The closing date for both competitions is 10th July 2022 5pm.
2022 Annuals Competition
The Annuals are held once a year, and provide our skaters with the opportunity to compete against other club members. They are a closed competition, which means they are only open to WBISC members. They are a great opportunity for skaters to gain competition experience.
They are judged on the 6.0 RJS system, and PDFs are not available after the competition.
Skaters must be a member of BIS (and hold passport) or have passed Freestyle 7, in addition you must have a current WBISC membership for 2022.
Skaters may enter more than one section (Short / Free / Artistic ). If we have time constraints, skaters will be asked to select their preferred category.
£27 per section including video and entry for 1 chaperone.
Festival Trophy
The Festival Trophy is a fun competition for teams of upto 3 skaters.
Routines are judged on entertainment, costume, choreography and interpretation.
This competition has traditionally been a fun event with many memorable moments through the years. It is a chance to skate for fun and enjoyment without the pressure in a traditional competition.
Skaters compete in teams of upto 3 skaters, and are split into age categories. There is no minimum level required to enter, just check with your coach.
Routines may be up to 3 minutes long.
£15 per team including video.
