10th August at 4pm till 9pm

Please read to the end to find the timetable.

Doors will open at 4pm and the competition will start promptly at 4:15pm with Beginner Ladies.  As these skaters need to warm up on the ice at 4:15pm, can you please let them go to the front of the queue.  All beginner skaters need to be in skate hire by 4:10pm

As this is our only competition of the year we want to make an event out of it.  At open competitions and large competitions such as Europeneans, Worlds and The Olympics, it is usual for spectators to throw small gifts onto the ice for skaters when they have finished their program.  It would be great if we could reward skaters in the same way at the annuals.  Gifts are small, such as teddies, artificial flowers and even packs of tissues.  You can bring something to throw (no sweets though or anything which could break apart on the ice).  We will also have some small gifts on sale that you can purchase which are suitable to throw on the ice.  There’s a photo below of World and Olympic Champion Yuzuru Hanyu who was bombarded by Winnie The Pooh soft toys after fans notice he had a Winne the Pooh tissue box..

Each entry covers one skater and one spectator.  If more than oneo person wants to watch a skater they will need a ticket to enter the ice rink (we will be giving out wristbands).  It is slightly cheaper if you purchase in advance rather than on the door.  I’ve attached a form so you can purchase tickets in advance at the discounted rate.   Advance purchase will be closed on Saturday 9th at 7pm.

Please scroll to the end of the spectator form for the timetable.

Advancce purchase spectator tickets has now closed.  You are able to buy them on the door.
