I have just sent the following email to all entrant for the simulation. I am aware that some people do not recieve my emails, so please find it below:
My email address to send your music to is wbisc@post.com
Hi,
Thank you for your entry. I can confirm that you have a place and I’m really excited to see you skate 🙂
Can you please send me your music by Thursday 22nd October at 6pm. IMPORTANT I need it labeling with just your skater name as I have a spreadsheet with all the competitors and this helps me easily match you to your music and saves me a lot of time (which is appreciated 🙂 ) So if your music is called “Over the Rainbow”, please rename it to the name of your skater eg. “Ava Parker”.
If your coach is sending the music in, can you ask them to name the music file with the skater name and send it it wbisc@post.com it is very important that I get everyone’s music as there will be no time to load it to the music system on teh day of the simulation.
I’ll send an email nearer the time with information about when the doors will open along with the timetable for the event. Its my first time doing the timetable, so might take a bit longer to do.
Best wishes and good luck, Mandy.
